Best Time to Wake up in the Morning: Ayurveda and Modern Science
According to Ayurveda:
Ayurveda is an ancient Indian medical science for body wellness, and according to it one should rise in the Bhrahmahurta (Bhrahm means the ultimate or the divine and Muhurta means Time) and Bhrahmmahurta is from 3 A.M. to 4 A.M. If you wake up are this time, then your whole body and mind will work in a different manner. Even in the cosmos, this time is something different that brings prosperity and wellness to anyone’s life
Even Sadhguru (The Mystic and Founder of ISHA) says that if you wake up at this time then your whole system of the body will act at its supreme level.
According to Modern Science:
Modern science says that one should wake up before sunrise that is from 4 to 6 A.M. It can also give all the benefits that you want at least physically and at your mind level. The only condition is that you should do some meditation, yoga and then go for a morning walk. This will change your whole body and brain functioning.

My Personal Opinion:
There is always a long debate in Ayurveda and Modern science. Both agree with the fact that early rising can benefit you a lot, but modern science says that if you work late at night then your brain can focus more. In my opinion, it is because of the silence of the night that gives more focus.
But if you ask me personally, I will prefer Ayurveda upon it because I have experienced that Bhrahmmahurta opens up new dimensions of life that you can never experience in this materialistic world.

And if we talk about silence and focus then you should try waking up early in the morning and try to work, you will find that your focus will be very much higher and composed.
Even I used to work in the morning, If I have to write a lot then I prefer morning time a lot.
Bottom Line:
There can be many debates on the perfect timing of waking up early but you should choose your own timing. But the only point is that one should do meditation, yoga, morning walk, reading a book, or anything that can be productive for you.
If you are doing these things and you wake up even between 6 to 7 A.M. then still you can get most of the benefits of waking up early in the morning.
