How Habit is Made: I was going for a morning walk for the past 18 days but suddenly I got some work in the morning and due to that I was not able to continue my morning walk routine for 3 days. So, my work was over and I have to start my routine again from tomorrow morning. I was pretty sure that I can continue after this long break. I set up an alarm in the morning
Alarm bell rang, I turned it off and went to sleep again
And when I opened my eyes, it was 7:30 A.M,
My morning walk time had gone and now I had to get ready for my work.

This happens to most of us that we start something and then we are not able to continue it. When I came back from my office, I sat alone and tried thinking about it that why I was not able to go for the morning walk today. So, I figured out few points, and then the next morning I woke up on time and started my routine again.
And from that time till now I am following the morning routine as it is. Now it has become my habit to go for a morning walk daily. So, here are few points that may help you to build morning walk a habit without breaking it at any point of time.
How to Make Morning Walk a Habit? How Habit is Made
Take at least 21 days challenge to go for a walk daily, Don’t go for running and any kind of exercise as it may cause pain to your body. Just a simple walk for 21 days. As we all know that to build a habit requires 21 days.
So you should complete this slab and also at least 21 days required for you to get some benefits.
Don’t break the routine
Try hard and hard not to break your routine. Whatever happens, you should not break your routine. And if anything important comes then you should apply a simple rule that 1$ is better than 10$. Go outside for a small walk, not too long but try to go few 100 meters from your home. It’s always better to have something if not everything.
And if you are not at home and outside somewhere then by any means try to go for some walk say it to any shop or mall. This will not break your morning routine at least and your mind will be aware that you have some routine to follow in the morning.
Don’t go for the long break
In ideal situations, you should not break your routine but if any case happens when you have no option then you should take a break. But the break should be as small as possible. Try to take it for one day or if it is not possible then a maximum of two days. If you go for a long break then your mind will start following the old routine that you had before.
Make it interesting

Habits are not made in one or two days, you need to follow some routines at least for few days. And if you go on like this then your morning walk habit will be last forever. The final call is always yours if you want to be an early riser by making it a habit or not.
