Our brains and body function at an optimum level when our stomach is empty, when we wake up in the morning then our food get digested from the body and we have an empty stomach. If you go for a walk with an empty stomach or perform some basic meditations then we get the best result out of them. Our body doesn’t need any extra energy to digest food so it gives its best to us.
But on other hand, in the evening, we don’t have an empty stomach. Whatever we can say, that I have an empty stomach in the evening but it cannot be like a morning stomach because in the morning you have all night to digest the food.
Tired body in the evening
When it comes to morning then our whole body has taken full rest and it is fully energized. From now on one can go to the gym, exercise, morning walk, and any kind of physical activity. But if you want to do these kinds of stuff in the evening then your body will not give you that much support that it can give in the evening. Also due to works load our body feels totally tired in the evening
Most of us have office timing from 9 to 5 P.M. And if we count reaching time to our home in the evening and getting refresh then it will take 1 to 2 hours more. So what time you are left for the evening walk, I think not much. But in the morning, you can wake up at 5 A.M. and you will have almost 4 hours to get ready to reach your office. This is really a lot of time if you want to go for a morning walk without any hurry.
We all have studies in our childhood that trees inhale oxygen in the day and exhale carbon dioxide at night. So, what is the best time to get fresh air, it is simply the morning time. You get pure air that you cannot get in the whole day or even your air purifier cannot give you this much pure air.
Also due to so much pollution, evening air quality is way more worse than the morning air. So, you should choose morning time instead of evening time.
Whole day workload, office gossips, and daily burden make your mind really stuffed and overloaded with thoughts. Your body and brain need time to get relaxed and that can be only done with good sleep. And when you wake up then your mind will be fully empty with all these useless thoughts.
