Why is it so Hard to Wake Up in the Morning?
Old Habits
Believe me or not, if you having trouble waking up early then you must be waking up late for so many years. Not it has become a habit for you to wake up late. Our mind works just like that in habits. So what next, my personal suggestion is that
You need to wake up early at least for 21 days. You must have read of 21 days habit formula. After 21 days, your mind will make it a habit and it will become really easy for you to be an early riser.

Coziness
A warm bed, warm pillow, and warm blanket, really who want to leave them. Morning time is the most favorite time for everyone to sleep because we feel very comfortable at this time.
We don’t want to go out of our bed. But just waking up and getting out of the bed just to stop the alarm or for the washroom or for drinking water, can change this thing for you. So better you consider to quickly come out of the bed without thinking.
Late Night Sleeping
It is written in many studies that our body needs 7 to 8 hours of sleep. And if it is not hen at least we need 6 hours to sleep. But if you are sleeping at 2 A.M. then how can you suppose to wake up at 4 A.M. or at least 5 to 6 A.M. No way, your body will not allow you to do so however enthusiast or motivated you are.
So better you go to sleep early in the night. Once your body gets its full rest then it will automatically allow you to wake up early.
Heavy Dinner
Our body digests different food in a different manner. If you are eating food that is alive, like fruits and vegetables then it will be digested within 2 hours but stored and packed food which is just like dead food will take more time to get digested. Also, if you eating red meat at night then your body will need more energy to digest it.
And it will reflect in the morning too because your body will feel much tired and will not allow you to wake up easily.
And if you take light food at night then it will be digested really soon and your body will be more energetic in the morning.

Mental Burden
Your mind needs most of the energy of the body and if you are taking lots of stress and burden on your mind then your body will automatically be in a restless state. And due to that, it becomes hard to wake up early. So, it is a good practice that you reduce stress from your daily work. And believe me, if you start waking up early and morning walk then all your stress and burden will disappear.
Less Interest
Today’s generation has gone really far from all the good things. Their mind is just stuck in tiny things. They have really less interest in caring for body, mind, and soul. They just want entertainment in everything and if it is not present in anything then they will show less interest.
The same case is with morning walk because it doesn’t give you instant pleasure. You need to understand that your whole life will change if you just take this little step and show interest in it.
Instant Gratification
As we have discussed above that this era belongs to instant pleasure. They want burgers, pizza, chocolate, and late sleep just right now. They can’t wait anymore for something big. If you tell them not to eat chocolate and it will benefit them in the future then they are definitely going to eat that chocolate.
With morning walk they feel the same, they cannot sacrifice their morning comfort for future wellness because they want pleasure just at that time.
Bad thing attracts More
If someone asks you to go to the bar in the morning and you have to wake up at 4 A.M. then you will definitely wake up before 4 A.M. without any alarm. The same thing happens with anything which is not good for your body, mind, and society. There is a thrill in all these wrong things.
I am not saying going to a bar is completely wrong. But if you have a choice of morning walk and bar then you will definitely choose the bar. It is human tendency to get attracted towards wrongs thing more.
Bottom Line:
If you have a life and you want to make the best out of it then sometimes you need to do the odd things which your body and mind don’t want but these are necessary things like a morning walk. It is all up to you that you want to make it hard or pleasurable, there are many ways to make a morning walk interesting. Just consider the fact that your whole life depends upon it and you will see a miraculous change in you and in your life.
