Why warm water is good in the morning: Morning is just not a time when you wake up and start doing some random stuff. It is the best time to give food to your mind and body. Both mind and body take their food in a different way at this time. And when it comes to output then morning time is still ahead of all other times. The very first thing you can do in the morning is taking a glass full of Luke warm water. There are lots of benefit of taking warm water in the morning, say it for digestion, nervous system, hydration or constipation relief.

There is no contradiction in any form of medical science, Ayurveda and Chinese medicine that warm water is not good for health. In human body, 60-70% is water and rest is other things. So, if that mush is water in our body then we should start or day by consuming water. Let us discuss various benefits of taking warm water in the morning and how it helps to improve your lifestyle, body health and overall prospects of your life.

Why warm water is good in the morning

Improved Digestion

When we eat something, which is not good for our health then that food gets stuck in our stomach. Burgers, pizzas and sandwich are not good for our health but due to fast life, there are some situation when we are likely to eat these foods. At that point, we should take warm water in the morning, it will remove all the unwanted stuff from our body.

Hydration

When our body needs water then we start feeling a thirst for water, but it happens mostly when we sweat out water from our body. In normal cases, we don’t feel thirst for the whole day when it is cold outside. For that we should take water in the morning, at least it will make your body hydrated for the whole day. We are not saying that one glass is enough for the whole day, but still something is better than nothing. We should drink water throughout the day by the way.

Constipation

When your body is dehydrated, you will have constipation problem. Also, when your stomach is full of unwanted stuff then you are likely to have constipation problem. Drinking warm water will make your stool soft and it will pass out from your body very easily. So, better you take a glass of hot water in the morning to make you body free from constipation.

Improved Skin Tone

When your body is very well hydrated and you have no problem of constipation then automatically your skin will start glowing. As there are no toxins in your body due to warm water then you skin tone will start improving.

Nervous System

In Ayurveda, it is sad that all the diseases present in the body are just caused by your stomach. So, if you stomach is not fully clean then your mind will not receive good signals. And due to that you will feel stressed. Also, water is the main food for the whole body and so as for the brain. If you take enough water then you will face less problems related to nervous system.

Detoxification of Body

Warm water takes everything out from your body. If your body has become toxic due to junk food then warm water can help you a lot. When you drink warm water, it cleans your stomach very well and through your stool and urine everything waste material will come out and make your body toxic free.

Less cardiac problem

Warm water helps in reducing cardiac problems for the heart patient. As warm water improves blood circulation, so in turn it will help your heart in being stronger.

It is a good habit of taking warm water, and when it is taken in the morning then it will give you miraculous benefits that you cannot even imagine. So the very first thing you required to do is taking a full glass of warm water.
